the rectory

No, we're not living in Parson Woodforde's abode - that was demolished many years ago (I'm sure somebody will tell me when).  Ours was built in 1970; it's a great place, despite the slightly curious architectural oddities of that era; it's not the most beautiful house from the outside, but the room sizes are wonderful and the views lovely.   There are five bedrooms upstairs, used as: the master, a guest room, Cassie's study, a library (with sofa-bed) and a small storage room.  In addition, the garage was converted to a bedroom for the previous incumbent's elderly father, with its own bathroom; so as you see, accommodating guests is not a problem!
